DMCA Policy

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a process for copyright holders to request removal of content that infringes their intellectual property rights from online platforms.

Doraemon-x.com respects intellectual property rights and complies with DMCA takedown procedures. If you are a copyright owner and believe any content published on our website violates your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to:

• Written content, articles, or guides that reproduce copyrighted text without permission
• Images, screenshots, or graphics that belong to a third party without proper licensing
• APK files or software that violates the intellectual property rights of the rightful owner
• Any other content that is demonstrated to infringe on valid copyright ownership

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written claim must include all of the following information:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address as the copyright owner or authorised representative
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL(s) on doraemon-x.com where the allegedly infringing content is located
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices will not be processed. Please ensure all six elements above are included in your submission.

Send your complete DMCA notice to our designated agent via email. We aim to acknowledge all notices within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 72 hours of receiving a valid claim.

If you believe content was removed from doraemon-x.com as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the content that was removed and its original location on our site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Doraemon-x.com has a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Any user or content contributor found to repeatedly post infringing content will have their access to our platform permanently terminated in accordance with DMCA requirements.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against those who submit fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notices.
